1 When each 1200km operation is used for secondary care, the engine oil bottom shell should be installed to check the use of the engine axle tile. If the gap between individual axle tiles is found to be too large, it should be replaced and the connecting rod bolt should be replaced at the same time. In normal operation, if the engine is found to be not running smoothly, there is a different sound, and it should be checked in time.

2 For each repair of high-strength hexagonal bolts, the newly replaced connecting rod bolts should be checked. Attention should be paid to whether the head, guide part, and thread parts of high-strength hexagonal bolts have cracks or dents, and whether the tooth shape and pitch of the thread are abnormal. Unusual circumstances should not be used.

3 When assembling the connecting rod cover, apply torque wrench, according to the regulations, tightening, to prevent excessive torque, too small.

4 Select the connecting rod high strength hexagonal bolt produced by the supporting factory.
